Graduated from a Normal College in 1990. After two years of teaching, he founded a school-run enterprise to operate ocean-going fishing netting twine. In 1997, the company became the industry leader in the field. At the same time, it has acted as an agent for overseas factories to distribute nylon products in China.

In 2003, the company entered the civilian fiber field. The two entrepreneurial experiences made him well aware of the supply and demand situation of the upstream nylon end and the downstream demand end, and simultaneously accumulated a wealth of upstream and downstream client resources. Thus, in 2013, Juheshun Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was founded, and was listed on the main board in June 2020. The company is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of polyamide-6 chips.

Mao Xinhua

He once served as the deputy general manager of a listed company in the same industry, and concurrently the general manager of the joint venture between the listed company and the Royal Dutch DSM. Now, he has been deeply involved in the aggregation industry for more than 20 years and is in charge of product research and development, production and management.

After graduation, from the workshop technician to the general manager, he participated in the construction and implementation of the listed company's 8-phase aggregation project, and has rich engineering experience and unique insights into the process. Moreover, he once served as a member of the Chemical Fiber Industry Committee and participated in the formulation of chemical fiber industry standards.
